AGE-FRIENDLY LANE COVE – MORNING TEA
Come and join us for a special morning tea (at the Meeting House Neighbourhood Centre, 23a Stokes Street, Lane Cove North) where we will chat about our local area – what we like about it and how we can improve the area. We will also have surveys for you to complete – to be given back to Lane Cove Council. To book phone 9427 1841

CROCHET/CRAFT SOCIAL GROUP
Come and join Amber and this friendly group who meet at The Meeting House Neighbourhood Centre in Stokes Street on a monthly basis. The next meeting will take place on Monday 4th September between 10:00am – 12noon. The cost is $10 per person – Morning tea is provided together with crochet tuition and assistance with other available crafts (i.e. cross stitch, bead work). Members are required to provide their own materials & equipment.

Wednesday 6th September
Central Coast – Henry Kendall Museum
This is instead of the cancelled August outing and preference will be given to those on the original list. Morning tea at the Henry Kendall Museum in West Gosford followed by smorgasbord lunch at the Central Coast Leagues Club.
Come and join Jane at The Meeting House 47 Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove (opposite Coles) for a cup of tea and chat. This social group meets on the first Thursday of the month. This month’s meeting will be held on Thursday 7th September 10:30am – 12:30pm.

Morning tea in a café at the shopping centre with time to shop or browse.
Wednesday 13th September
Wisteria Gardens – Parramatta
Morning tea in the garden whilst viewing the wisteria and fruit blossoms. Then it’s on to the Seven Hills Club for smorgasbord lunch.
Wednesday 20th September
Bowral Tulips – Royal Hotel
We will have morning tea along the way to Bowral. Plenty of time to view the tulips in Corbett Gardens before lunch in the Royal Hotel on the main street. Afternoon tea at Mount Gibraltar looking down on the towns of Bowral and Mittagong.
Friday 22th September
Morning Tea – Artarmon Centre
Morning tea at the Homemaker Centre in Artarmon. Plenty of time to shop or browse.
Tuesday 26th September
Night at the Pub
Dinner at the Sackville Hotel in Rozelle followed by a tour of the city at night. Time for an ice cream at Bondi or Coogee.
